Energy for the Future: 2009 Biomass Resource Mapping Workshops
Are you concerned about our continued use of fossil fuels? Would you like to explore alternative, renewable energy sources? One with a huge potential that hasn’t received much attention is biomasscrops, trees, wood and grasses. Come find out where the greatest resources of non-food biomass currently are and learn about emerging opportunities for landowners, contract harvesters, farmers, and consumers in the coming biomass market. Join your neighbors at one of three free community forums: April 23, Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Rd; April 28, Jacksonville Community United Methodist Church, 1869 Trumansburg Rd; April 30, Dryden Town Hall, 93 East Main St (all at 7-9 pm). For more information, contact me at the above phone number or e-mail address. _______________________________________________
