VOTE FOR ITHACA FARMERS' MARKET
This summer, American Farmland Trust is
supporting farmers' markets across the nation
with a national farmers' market contest. This is
part of a campaign to help spread the No Farms No
Food® message and promote local farms and food
across the country. For 3 months starting on June
1st, farmers' market customers can cast their
votes for Americas Favorite Farmers' Market and
support their community market. The three top
markets - one small, one medium, and one large -
will win a free No Farms No Food® tote bag
giveaway for their market customers.
To participate, visit
http://www.farmland.org/default.asp, click on
"Vote for America's Favorite Farmers Market", and
enter 14850 on the map search. A voting button
will pop up in the orange box over Ithaca.
