*About Bikeit:*
*Imagine 5,000 bicyclists riding into Detroit, the Motor City, to help
bring about a different world. We see thousands of cyclists coming from
every direction converging on the United states Social Forum next June,
voting with their legs for a greener, cooler, fairer society. We're
taking that ride, and we invite you to join us.*
*GET INVOLVED!*
*It's an approximately 400-mile long ride from Ithaca to Detroit. We
will spend most of the ride on the Erie Canal Tow path, as well as rural
roads on the northern shore of Lake Erie. It's going to be a gorgeous,
and relatively flat, ride, and we will take about 7 or 8 days to ride
it, depending on the group.*
*WE WANT YOU TO JOIN US!*
*Come on the October 24th fall ride & ice cream social with us, and
learn more about the BikeIt! ride!*
