Tomorrow, CCE's regular monthly Consumer Issues program will address
the topic of Landowner's Rights Regarding Gas & Oil Leases as
described below. For those who are unable to attend, the
presentation will be taped and rebroadcast on Time-Warner public
access channel 15 on Mondays in April at 7am, 1pm, and 7pm. It also
will be posted to Tompkins County Cooperative Extension's website at

Landowners Rights Regarding Gas & Oil Leases

Tompkins County Cornell Cooperative Extension, 615 Willow Ave; Ithaca, NY
NYS Assistant Attorney General Mike Danaher will address Landowner's
Rights Regarding Gas and Oil Leases as part of Cornell Cooperative
Extension of Tompkins County's monthly Consumer Issues series.
Following the presentation, consumers will have the opportunity to
consult individually with Consumer Fraud Attorney Danaher regarding
consumer issues they have been unsuccessful in resolving locally.
This program is free and open to the public, with seating on a
first-come basis.
