Huh. Guess they must have revamped the FB page as they don't show a count for neutrals anymore, though they did as recently as 6 months ago (maybe more recent). Under the old system it would have said "0 neutrals" even if you had none. This could have been changed to curb the "edge" a neutral used to have: Originally it was a good way of stating your displeasure with a seller but without the harshness of a flat-out negative (they didn't merit a negative, but weren't good enough to get a positive either). It also doesn't show up in your "recent ratings" section, which does include neutrals, because it happened so long ago.
P.S. Looks like your seller is something of a loser... 81.7% positive?? That's pathetic! Check out some of the other comments left about him. My favorite is "His mother should have bought a rubber so we would not be dealing with him now."
