The thing with this bug is that is *very* random. I've seen it many, many times but I never know when to expect it. And most of the times you only need to add some extra lines to the xml and problem solved. Even though I'm not using Windows as a dev machine any more (only seen it in Windows), if it happens again I'll try to grab the xml so you can investigate further. Cheers!
