After having problems with embedded youtube video, I came across
swfobject, and have implemented it across my website to load both
youtube videos and flash content, and now have successful playing in
both IE and Firefox, which I wasn't having before when using
Dreamweaver's suggested approach of the activecontent.js files, so
many thanks!
Anyway, the reason for my post is to ask if it's possible to embed
content from the BBC website - it provides the object/embed code with
the video, and this can easily be added to the site, but would rather
use the same structure for each video.
The specific content is at
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/hampshire/7977072.stm,
and although I have already added it using the supplied object/embed
code, I just wanted to check to see if it was possible using
swfobject.
