Disabled Flash = How?

If you just disable the plugin via IE etc then this is not a valid test as
the version detection routine still returns the value of the plugin you
have installed. It will pass the test but then not be able to render the
content (as you have disabled it).

You need to uninstall (using the Adobe uninstaller) (and optionally install
a lower version - if you want to test ExpressInstall etc).
