If you do a cle int bri xy, then it's a normal behaviour. It will take some time until the remote receives the disc from main-site. ISDN-Layer-2 has not to be up all the time. It's only up (MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED) if a call is established. Is your isdn-router connected directly to an NT or behind A pbx ?
