Hello

I know, I know - nobody watches "them". imo life is much better withoug worrying all
the time what Migros etc. might do with the data they gather from my "kumulus" card
etc. Wondering about such things just isn't worth my time. I'm subscribed to siug,
too, though - probably means a small part of me *is* still wondering ...

About the logs: Yes, that would be one way, but if the "vaudoise she-judge" and her
minions get hold of your hardware, it doesn't really matter. They could, just for the
fun of it, let it run a little longer and see what kind of mails are coming in. Nah, I
think I'm gonna stick with my soon-to-be-patented "disk drive piercing unit". ddpu
sounds kind of geeky, too. Want one? ;-)

Regards
Fermin

Yeah, the usual killer-argument. Sadly enough, it doesn't matter whether
you've got something illegal to hide or not, because those who spy aren't
guaranteed to not do something illegal with your data themselves. Who is
watching the watchers? BTW: http://www.bigbrotherawards.ch/

No, the trick is not to have logs, or only for a very short time ;))
