Hi all,

thought this might be a good place to ask, since their first-level
support doesn't seem to know anything about it, but does anyone have
any inside info on whether cablecom is doing anything to deal with
their customer bandwidth problems?  Their helpdesk guy's told me
they have thousands of people bitching ever since they "upped"
their bandwidth for cable modem users...

Thinking of switching to DSL, grmbl.
