how much cost are caused by this mindless action of CC ? maybe we should treat email from those hosts like they do? ;-)
or every mail leaving the border of a isp with direction CC / SOL causing a email back to the sender, which inform him his email delivery to this address can't be guaranted, because of strange and uncooperative behavior of their "security" and as contact in case of such trouble the phonenumber of the CC support. If this would be done by all swiss isp's this nonsens would be very quickly gone. i think CCom is not realy activ to abuse compliants, i remember a case which take nearly 2month bevor cablecom take the wormsending customer offline.
