You should plan to be there for breakfast on the 7th and you won't be
done until well after 10PM on the 8th.

Sessions start at around 0830 and then there's a dinner on the Saturday
that is followed by a raffle etc. Whilst you obviously don't have to be
there at any particular time IMHO you will miss out on much activity
especially the "apres Fest" activities such as the listening lounge and
of course the now world famous Radio Pancho Villa usually broadcast at
midnight on the last day.

Most folks arrive on the night before and leave the morning after.
