Many folks actually arrive the afternoon before - Thursday March 6th. The Hospitality Room will be open that evening. The forum sessions will begin on or around 9 AM on Friday the 7th. The formal end to activities on the 8th is roughly 10:30 PM after the raffle, but there's the traditional midnight broadcast from the Voice of Pancho Villa that, for most folks, is the bookend activity. Many folks from out-of-town are up chatting / visiting well into the wee hours on Sunday morning; most folks groggily depart on Sunday morning. So...if you can spare the time and hotel $$, arrive Thursday afternoon and leave Sunday some time during the day... We should have a tentative forum schedule posted by mid-next-week; in case you can't arrive until Friday, at least you can see what you'll be missing... 8-( Hope you can join us!
