Just a reminder - while the Best Western Inn at Towamencin sets aside enough hotel rooms to accommodate guests for the Fest, remember that any rooms set aside, but not reserved, are released back to the hotel's general inventory a few weeks prior to the Fest.
There have been a couple instances in years past where some folks waited until the last minute to make their reservations and discovered, to their dismay, that the hotel was sold out. Don't use the general Best Western toll-free reservation number -- the central reservation office won't have the special SWL Fest rate. Instead, call the hotel on (215) 368-3800 or use the hotel's own toll-free number: 1 (800) 277-3615. Also keep track of early registration and pre-registration deadlines to in order to save $$ and possibly win a free portable. Early registrations also help us Festmeisters to better plan expenditures.
