Those who remember back to the Fests of the early 1990s will remember the years when the "Spectrum" shortwave show originated at the Fest on Saturday evening, and the big prize draw at the raffle was aired live on the program. There's news in today's NERW regarding Dave Marthouse and Mark Emmanuel, two of the guys who produced the program. Scott was also part of the Spectrum crew.
