I've run into problems trying to rebuild
BibleCS, both with and without ICU. My impression is this may be due to my use
of C++Builder-6. On the Borland download webpage, C++Builder 5 is no longer
available. Is this file available someplace where an installation file may be
ethically/legally obtained?
