If I did that, someone would probably come looking for me -- I live
about half a block from the church, and the worship team would struggle
if I were to unexpectedly miss a service :)

Data changes (as in .conf files and so forth), sure (it would be nice if
there was a .conf file validator though).  Touch a .h or .cpp file and
you're probably looking at another RC, to be safe :)

Well, I'd suggest a bit more time between RC3 and final, say a week --
so we can get RC3 packages into the hands of developers/testers for a
while.  We can all use the extra time to really test RC3!  Other than
that, this plan sounds really good to me :)
