Actually, the number 66 is not quite right as a count of Psalms. In four Psalms, the canonical title occupies the first TWO verses! These are Psalms 51,52,54,60.
For these Psalms, there is an offset of two for the remaining verses, and so the final two verses fall outside the V11N.
