No it doesn’t…although there was a time when you could hear NPR on shortwave via AFRTS stations.
The relevance of the article to this list about Shortwave Programs is the change in listener’s habits…They led to a decline in shortwave and now other terrestrial broadcasters may suffer the same fate.
