Next discussion group 6.15pm (for a 6.30pm start), Thursday 4 December 2008 THEORIES OF ACTING Discussion of various ideas about acting and actors' training, based on the Usyd performance studies course. Location: members bar, floor 1 (keep winding up to the top of the stairs), The Gaelic Club, 64 Devonshire Street, Surry Hills, Sydney (100 metres from a Central railway station exit). Look for a group of people with notepads and books who are taking it in turns to speak. Usually we'll be armed with the Oxford Companion to Philosophy, and a bell. Probably we'll be ***out on the terrace***. No cost. No prerequisite reading. All welcome!
