Hi!

For a new project we like to develop a backend/admin
interface with symfony and ext.js (formerly known as YAHOO.Ext).

We´d like to contribute any appropriate development back to the
community and also don´t want to reivent the wheel (maybe just
put some new tires on).

So here are my questions:

Is there any Ext.js plugin in the making, we could contribute to?
Otherwise we will start one.

We´d like the Admin-Interface to get the data from modules generated
by the amdin-generator (to be configurable). As I can find a lot information
how to work with AJAX on the frontend part, I cannot find any hints how to use
in the backend.
We´d like the data send from the server take care of the generator.yml (or an)
and just give an alternative view for the backend.
Is there any proven way to make this happen in the actions?
What will be a good and reusable way to get JSON/XML Output from the
Actions of an admin generated module and take care of the config in generator.yml?
Extend the sfAdminGenerator Class?

Any help/hints will we usefull

Thanks in advance

Timo
