I was a bit too busy last week so I wasn't able to work on the
controller stuff. But I have some more time now so I'm about to
continue.
Hm.. AFAIK current status of the sfSimpleCMSPlugin is open enough to
provide an import / migration task with another CMS plugin.
I'm watching the developement and I am even thinking to provide a
doctrine port. (But at the moment I try to enhance the
sfDoctrinePlugin first...).

At this time we should be happy that there is such a CMS plugin at
all. :-)
