Hi Lukas-

Security is still one area that I haven't dove into fully. So, maybe
that makes me unqualified to comment, or maybe it makes me perfect.

Anyways, I think this is a great idea. My experience from working at an
agency with symfony1 is that we usually brought in sfGuardPlugin just so
we could get one (or maybe a few users), some basic "credentials", and a
"free" login screen. I think there's demand for a plug-and-play solution
for really basic security.

This use case (setup a few users with basic credentials) is insanely
simple with SecurityBundle.

Thanks!

    Hi

today at Liip we had a little techtalk on security. that got me
thinking it might be a good idea to create a Bundle that extends
SecurityBundle and that removes some features and adds some defaults.

for example it should support only one firewall. it should maybe
also enable anonymous and allow anonymous access to the login and
    check path.
