Looks like the 2.1.1 dependencies got messed up. As of today it doesn't
seem possible to install from composer

- Can only install one of: sensio/generator-bundle dev-master,
sensio/generator-bundle 2.1.x-dev.
- Installation request for sensio/generator-bundle == 9999999-dev ->

Potential causes:
- A typo in the package name
- The package is not available in a stable-enough version according to
your minimum-stability setting
