I do have a slight feeling quite many out there would want to keep their 2.0 running until there was an available LTS and *then* do the merging and messing about. So my vote? 2-3 months after LTS. You could argue that they should move alot faster but 2.1 is still something in-between and there might be breaks. (Or did we manage to put all BC breaks and API changes into 2.1, aka upgrading from 2.1 to LTS will be pain free?).
