Welcome Rania,

Wise people say Doctrine will be the default ORM in Symfony
1.3. So if other reasons does not matter for you then you'd better
turn to Doctrine.

Maybe Propel still has more plugins then Doctrine but you have to
estimate now which of other plugins you will be in need of and wheigh
up the right orm...
