No. I don't have /tmp folder on my prod server too and the project works fine. Have you sure that all files is sync with the dev environment (dev server)? Did you fix the permissions? Check whether the sql file correctly.
To do it run only the sql schema. ./symfony doctrine:build-sql && ./symfony doctrine:insert-sql And tell me what is going on.
