Seems like a DIC configuration problem. You should open app/cache/dev/appDevDebugProjectContainer.php at line mentionned and watch.
Maybe your app/config/config.yml doesn't load the extension: snappy.image: ~ snappy.pdf: ~ Try to add these two lines in your config and see.
