New issue 1610 by smichr: assumptions are ignored by subs
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1610

If variables have assumptions on them, wouldn't it be a good idea to test
that those assumptions are not violated when doing a substitution?

>>> p=Symbol('p', positive=True)
>>> p.subs(p,-1)
-1

Or maybe there should be a check-assumptions option that is on by default.
It matters because if simplification has been done bases on assumptions,
then evaluating the final expression later will give unexpected results.
