That surprises me, you are probably the most active sympy developer. So now you have. :)
Really, when pushing it is enough to make sure all tests pass. Later we'll see if there is a failure on another platform, thanks to the buildbots.
We could require verification by testbots, but this should be automated before introducing such a rule. It should be possible to just tell them, "Hey, there is a branch under review." (this could be probably done using githubs api), and they would pull and run the tests on all platforms.
