Thanks for updates, I see them helpful.
About local git version of wiki, yes I have not problems with it already.
I inserted now the pictures, section about git settings, and mentioned
about ssh tunings.
Also, we need to remove the old patches tutorial from the docs.
Right now I only removed the link forwarding to the old `Pushing Patches`
from the github wiki's home page. If I understand right.
