Well, you could allow to turn the shebang changing on and off with a command line argument, and then it would just be a question of whether we should do it for the files that we release. But I definitely want to be able to do it for development purposes, because typing "python3 sympy-py3k/bin/isympy" or "python3 sympy-py3k/bin/isympy" is too much typing for me.
I suppose we should probably ask on one of the Python lists about this, actually.
