Thanks for the extension, I was really worried about having to rush to finish the task :)
The image on the right was the Original logo like you figured, I put both on a white background just to show you the immediate comparison between them
I have made the Snake Square and then re-sized it to 64x64, so I have a square 400x400 Image, 64x64 square image and a Favicon I made using an online generator (Source:http://www.favicon.co.uk/index.php). As I guessed initially I had to cut off the tail as not only would the transparency look out of place and make the image rectangular
So you now have a 500x500 Image with and without Transparency, a 400x400 square image and 64x64 square image for use as a Favicon and I have actually done the Favicon creation myself. Now I should begin fixing the text font on the main logo, could you please identify the problems with it and I will try and fix it as best I can
