that PR has been committed but I'll leave the issue open. Although maybe
there is a different algorithm that might be faster, there is no way that I
can see to make Miller-Rabin faster other than by testing fewer base, so
there is no way (with MR) that the prime given in the OP will return in a
few minutes.
