I tried the function with the SymPy version installed in my machine and it
does not
change anything, returns the same Sum.
As for my work, I am just doing the simplifications which Aaron has
mentioned when
opening this issue. I have hooked all the other simplifications to
simplify() except
for change of index and reorder of limits. Those two are evaluated
separately using
two functions reorder() and change_index(). Here is the pull request:
