Can you write a little guide (in the docs, or even on the wiki): how to
replace tuples of Poly with FracElement. I would particularly like to know
how to get features like ensuring the denominator is monic, or the proper
way to make assertions that are polynomials (as opposed to rational
functions) in the given variable. Transforming risch is a bit of work, so I
want to make sure it's done right the first time.
