I am completely agreed that 0**0 is very useful for combinatorics aims.
btw, it is used while series implementation

I don't know that it is directly extended for complex coefficients. Possibly can.

But I am not sure that combinatoric and 0/0 in complex field topics must necessary be mixed together. Contrariwise, (it my opinion) the things must be distinguished as more as it is possible. And if I calculate expression in extended complex and sympy silently substitute 0**0 with 1, I must be warning about it. At least.
