"OP" means "original post".  It refers to comment 0.

Imaginary means real part zero, yes. It might also imply imaginary part non-zero; I'm not sure.

I added the assumption label because the original issue was about ask(). Yes I agree that 0**I has nothing to do with the assumptions system.

What other issues would you give the "Indeterminate" label? It seems like an uncommon case.
