Got a little bit further - New error:

C:\Documents and Settings\Alan Bromborsky\sympy\doc>make html
rm -rf sphinx
process_begin: CreateProcess(NULL, rm -rf sphinx, ...) failed.
make (e=2): The system cannot find the file specified.
make: *** [sphinx-build] Error 2

I don't think windows uses NULL ?
