So the org application period for GSoC starts February 3, which is next Monday. The deadline is February 14.
I have the application here, https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/GSoC-2014-Organization-Application, which is just a copy of last year's application so far. We need to go through it and make sure it is up-to-date. I won't know until the third if any of the questions have changed this year. Any volunteer help I could get with this would be great.
