Hi I'm a newbie. I recently joined the open source world. I have learned the basics of git, studied SymPy Organisation, learned the basics through the official tutorial at sympy.org. Now I want to start contributing. I looked at the easy to fix issues and I have quite a few doubts: 1. What does referencing an issue mean? Is it related to PR? 2. Almost every issue goes over my head. What should I do so that I can understand them better? 3. Any suggestions on how I should begin? Thanks.
