Thanks for guiding me, Jason. I am a third year undergrad (Electronics + Msc. Mathematics) at BITS Pilani, India. I have 2 years of experience in Python having used it for competitive cooding and few small machine learning projects. Having almost completed my Msc. maths course, I am conversant with almost all mathematical concepts used till date in sympy(as mentioned in the documentation). I haven't used sympy previously but have a rough idea of its working and architecture after going through the documentation(not completely). I hope to start contributing in about a week after I return from vacation.
