then he sees it ok
the only problem is when using outlook

Oh, and this is caused by the same problem. If the recipient doesn't
have a suitable font to handle the characters, they are lost; they get
decoded to replacement characters, and such characters will remain in
the sent response. There's also no way to handle this other than
pointing the sender to using a suitable font.
