I am using the SetTimeout() property and have set it to both 3 and 3000 as I
am not sure if its seconds or milliseconds and the timeout doesn't seem to
trigger.
I then noticed in the help documents that it will only work if it can.
Whats the best way to handle a timeout for a connection .ie. I want the time
out to fire in 3 seconds. I cant seem to see anything that handles this.
