ok
D2009 it is, and the problem seems to be simpler than i thought, all is needed
is to change the following:
NonAsciiChar: TSpecials = [#0..#31, #127..#255];
in synacode.pas and that's it, D2009 didnt like the current definition. i hope
the above will be fixed in SVN.
