Acceptance of a donation of an Open Source license for JProfiler

I have been in touch with the ej-technologies team to secure a license 
for their Java profiler (JProfiler) for Synapse, as we move close to our 
1.0 release. They are willing to give me a copy in exchange for a link 
back to them 
(http://www.ej-technologies.com/products/jprofiler/overview.html) from 
our web site. If no one objects to this, I would like to proceed.
