It's unclear to me if you're proposing these locations as the homes of the user 
stories for these products or something broader.

I vote broader.

I would like it if these pages served as "portals" for these products, with a 
high level description and pointers to users stories, production definitions, 
roadmaps, technical specifications, api docs, etc. 

For example, https://wiki.mozilla.org/Identity/AttachedServices was supposedly 
intended for people to check out progress on PICL, but it's not complete and 
it's been an organizational struggle to keep it updated. There's also 
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Identity/PiCL because the former lacked a concrete 
vision for PICL and people were confused. 

I would love to see the most relevant, interesting information and links from 
both of these pages make it into the new page.
