Is this talking about mobile, desktop, or both? Clarify?
Makes complete sense for mobile (if you just installed Fennec, I'd
assume you almost certainly have a desktop Firefox you want to sync up
with). But for a Desktop user, they almost certainly don't have Fennec
and so this doesn't make lot of sense.
