I'm going to have to consult with Asa and Karen and Clee to find out if they believe this should be part of MVP or not, given the user research results that Crystal presented. I'll ping them tomorrow and see what they think. If we opt for "deletion of server data", what happens on a user's other devices when the user opts to stop syncing a particular data type on a device? For example, I have set up Sync on my Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Phone, opting initially to sync all data to all devices. I want to save bandwidth on my phone, however, so I later elect to stop syncing History there, but I want to continue syncing History across all of my other devices. What happens to the data on the server when I choose to stop syncing History to my phone? ~ deb _______________________________________________ Sync-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/sync-dev
